Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Agassiz, BC, We’re looking for a motivated and organized Jr. Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role supports both sales and logistics operations, playing a key part in ensuring a smooth customer experience from order placement to delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination

  • Arrange and book transportation for outgoing orders
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with customers and carriers
  • Enter shipping details and notify the yard to prepare orders
  • Keep the sales team informed with timely shipping updates
  • Negotiate competitive freight rates with trucking companies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation partners

Junior Sales Support

  • Provide daily support to the sales team
  • Contact new leads and follow up on potential opportunities
  • Process sales orders and manage related administrative tasks
  • Communicate order and delivery updates to customers
  • Engage in cold calling and lead generation
  • Strive to grow sales and develop long-term client relationships
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to build a lasting career in sales

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and sales skills
